Eclipse's Story
We need your help! One of the puppies we recently rescued stopped eating. We took him to the Vet for fluids and anti-nausea medication, but nothing worked. A few days later, he was back to Powers Drive Animal Hospital to run some X-Rays and an Ultrasound. The results were inconclusive. They decided to hospitalize him to give him IV fluids to see if we could get him eating and pooping. After 24 Hours, that didn't seem to make a difference. The decision was made to do exploratory surgery, which saved his life.

We just had a rescue puppy undergo exploratory surgery to find this thread wrapped around the base of his tongue, lacerating it, and hanging into his esophagus and into his stomach and intestines.
Eclipse's Recovery
Eclipse is back to the rescue and resting after his 5 day ordeal!
His surgery and hospitalization bill totaled $2894.90. We have received some donations and are looking at a balance of $1814.16.
